Biography
Rosanne Fisher is the Justice of the Peace for Bell County Precinct 3. As JP for Precinct 3, Judge Fisher serves a jurisdiction that covers parts of Bell County, including communities in the Temple area.
The JP court handles Class C misdemeanor criminal cases — including traffic citations, disorderly conduct, and petty theft — as well as small claims civil matters up to $20,000, eviction proceedings, and emergency protective orders in family violence situations.
