Steve Duskie is the presiding judge of the 426th Judicial District Court in Bell County, Texas. The 426th Judicial District Court has general jurisdiction over felony criminal cases and civil matters in the county.

Judge Duskie presides over a wide-ranging docket that includes serious felony prosecutions, civil lawsuits, and other matters within the court’s jurisdiction. He manages a busy trial schedule, overseeing jury selections, evidentiary hearings, and case dispositive motions.
