Biography
Rebecca DePew is the presiding judge of Bell County Court at Law No. 3 in Belton, Texas. She is not seeking re-election in the 2026 general election, and her term will end upon the election and qualification of her successor.
County Court at Law No. 3 has jurisdiction over misdemeanor criminal cases, civil matters up to $250,000, and related proceedings. Judge DePew has served the citizens of Bell County during her tenure, managing a significant caseload of criminal and civil matters.
